RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, Return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and there should be a valid reason to return an item. We have the right to refuse acceptance to an item return depending on the reason.
Food & Toiletries are exempt from being returned

Refund will be provided only for fault/defective products and the product which does not match with the ordered product
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded/return or exchanged

- Please note that refunds can only be made back to the card used to make the payment. Please check your statement after 7 to 10 working days to find your refund.
- A 3% + 150/- Processing charge will be deducted from online payment refunds, if the product was not at our fault.
